Welcome Back!

It's been a lot of fun having a holiday, seeing family, and welcoming in 2016 but seriously, it's time to get back to routine.  With that in mind we have a few things to look forward to:

Taekwon-do classes resume the regular schedule on Monday, January 4th.  Students whose membership expired over the winter holiday will receive email notification to renew.  If this includes you please stop by the front desk to renew the membership.  If you are not able to come in to renew your child just let us know and we can arrange to get paperwork to you.

We are hosting the Taekwondo-do International Spring Invitational Championship on Saturday, April 2, 2016.  The competition will be held in beautiful, new facilities at Mount St. Dominic Academy in Caldwell.  All students are encouraged to compete, and that means Mighty Lions, Juniors, and Adults; it means beginners, Color Belts and Black Belts.  All students can compete in board breaking and patterns, Juniors and Adults above Green Belt can compete in sparring as well.

To help everyone prepare for this and other competitions we will be having special training sessions. These sessions are open to all currently enrolled Junior and Adult students at no additional charge. Keep your eyes open for future email with details.

On the same weekend as the competition we are hosting the 12th Annual Taekwondo-do International Seminar on Sunday April 3rd open to Adults and Juniors, Red Belt and up.  This is a chance to have higher level training under Master Instructors from other schools.  As you may already know, we provide multiple opportunities for Black Belts and Red Belts to have additional advanced training from Masters and Grand Masters from within Taekwon-do International.  Further information will be available closer to that date.

We will post more information on these events in the next weeks and we look forward to seeing you there!
