Test times will be as follows: 11:30am - Mighty Lions testing for White Belt with Yellow Stripe through White Belt with Red Stripe 1:30pm - Mighty Lions testing for Juniors Yellow Belt, Juniors & Adults testing for Yellow Belt through Green Belt with Blue Stripe 3:30pm - Adults & Juniors testing for Blue Belt and up That's because we follow the Federal Holidays, not the public school schedule. You can see our calendar for the year posted in the waiting area as well as on our website. We look forward to seeing you in class! Oh and no, this isn't an April Fool's joke. That wouldn't be funny to make people come here to find the school closed.  We’ve added another August camp! The August 3-7 camp is now full so we opened another one! Our camps will be held on the following weeks: July 6-10, 2026 July 20-24, 2026 August 17-21, 2026 - New!!! Campers can sign up for one or more weeks of camp. For Summer 2026 we are once again holding our very popular camp for ages 5-14. Campers will spend time all together and also separated into age-appropriate groups.
Our summer camp is an excellent way for new students to establish a solid foundation in Taekwon-do fundamentals, and for experienced martial artists to improve their minds and bodies. Emphasis will be placed on Taekwon-do instruction, games, and age-appropriate physical conditioning. Camps are open to Glen Ridge TKD students as well as to those who have never taken Taekwon-do classes. Yes, we will be open and holding classes with the regular schedule today, Tuesday, February 24, 2026. Are you ready to shake the snow off your boots with some proper kicking and punching? We sure are! Glen Ridge Taekwon-do on Glenridge Ave at Greenwood.
Classroom 1, Kim. Our biggest classroom, used for Adults and Juniors.
Classroom 2, Choi. Used mostly for Mighty Lions classes.
Classroom 3: The Studio. Used for Mighty Lions class overflow, and special small programs.
We have a parking lot available for everyone coming to the school
The changing rooms have showers, and we have a gender-neutral bathroom, plus individual-use changing rooms.
The waiting area has free wifi and looks out onto Kim. It has a closed circuit camera to see into Choi.
