Competition info and registration
The 2026 US Masters Competition, hosted by GlenRidgeTKD on Saturday, October 17, 2026 in Caldwell, NJ! Early registration extended to Thursday, October 7. All students can compete in Sumo, Board Breaking and Patterns, Juniors and Adults can also compete in Sparring and Pairs/Teams Patterns. Spectators are welcome! Come and support your friends! There will be no classes on Monday, October 12 for Indigenous People's Day/Columbus Day Classes will be held as usual on Saturday, and they will resume on Tuesday. There will also be no classes on Friday, October 16 and Saturday, October 17. All of the Black Belt Instructors and Masters will be at The 2026 US Masters Competition in Caldwell.

 The Regular schedule for Fall 2026 has been posted to our website. Printed schedules are available at the front desk in the school. NEW! Mondays through Fridays 4:00 Beginner students: White Belts, Yellow Belts and Yellow Belts with a Green Stripe 5:00 All Belts: Juniors and Adults of all belt ranks 6:00 Advanced students: All students Green Belt, Blue Belt, and Red Belt with or without stripes, and Black Belts This is so that students who want to take two classes back-to-back can do so. Test times will be as follows: 1:30pm All Mighty Lions, students testing for Yellow Belt or Yellow Belt with a Green Stripe, and 1st Dan Interims 3:30pm Adults & Juniors testing for Green Belt and up, and 2nd and 3rd Dan Interims We will be closed Saturday, July 4, 2026 for Independence Day Have a happy and safe holiday!  We will be closed Friday, June 19, 2026 in observance of Junteenth. We will be open Saturday, June 20th with the regular schedule.  |

Our Facilities
Glen Ridge Taekwon-do on Glenridge Ave at Greenwood.
Classroom 1, Kim. Our biggest classroom, used for Adults and Juniors.
Classroom 2, Choi. Used mostly for Mighty Lions classes.
Classroom 3: The Studio. Used for Mighty Lions class overflow, and special small programs.
We have a parking lot available for everyone coming to the school
The changing rooms have showers, and we have a gender-neutral bathroom, plus individual-use changing rooms.
The waiting area has free wifi and looks out onto Kim. It has a closed circuit camera to see into Choi.
