There's circle time to get to know everyone.
There are lectures and discussions like what are "the four ways to block"? How do you defend against a skipping front turning kick? and time was spent brain storming and planning the demonstration for Friday.
Juniors camp culminates in the demo. How was the demo? Well, see for yourself. First everyone joined together to do Chun-Ji: Then the black belts did Kwang-Gae, the first pattern a students learns on becoming a Black Belt. For more photos from the demo see our Facebook page or visit us on Flickr.

Our Facilities
Glen Ridge Taekwon-do on Glenridge Ave at Greenwood.
Classroom 1, Kim. Our biggest classroom, used for Adults and Juniors.
Classroom 2, Choi. Used mostly for Mighty Lions classes.
Classroom 3: The Studio. Used for Mighty Lions class overflow, and special small programs.
We have a parking lot available for everyone coming to the school
The changing rooms have showers, and we have a gender-neutral bathroom, plus individual-use changing rooms.
The waiting area has free wifi and looks out onto Kim. It has a closed circuit camera to see into Choi.
