First and most of all I want to thank you all for your messages of care and support. Also, I want to recognize the effort you are taking to stay engaged with your training and keeping our community strong. In our live Zoom classes this week we had 40+ students on Tuesday and Thursday, and this coming week we will also be adding classes on Fridays. We are also working on adding more live content including TKD fitness sessions, and one-on-one live training opportunities. We'll announce a plan for those as soon as we complete the logistics. Both the content live on Zoom and the content on YouTube.com/glenridgetkd is available to anyone in our community, students, parents, siblings, to stay active while we navigate this time. Once again, thank you so much for being part of Glen Ridge Taekwon-do and it is my sincere wish that we back on the mat kicking and punching in the near future!
