Competition Training is on for 1/20

Competition training is on for Sunday 1/30.  Training is from 10:30am to noon, and all Juniors and Adults are welcome.  The training is mostly sparring techniques, sparring and we will do some Sumo practice as well.

If you have sparring gear you should bring it but don't worry if you don't.  Students don't need to compete even if they come to competition training.

There is no additional charge for competition training but we remind people to sign up for the class just like we do for regular classes.
