Competition training is open to ALL students in the Juniors and Adults programs--that means it is open to every student over the age of 7! Even if you aren't sure you want to compete these classes are a great chance to improve your taekwon-do. Competition training will be on Sundays from 10:00 - 11:30am on the following dates: Glen Ridge Taekwon-do will be hosting the Taekwon-do International Spring Invitational Championship on April 2, 2016, and we hope to see you there. We will go to a few other competitions and we will share details when they become available. Registration for the TKDI 2016 Spring Invitational is now open!  Comments are closed.

Our Facilities
Glen Ridge Taekwon-do on Glenridge Ave at Greenwood.
Classroom 1, Kim. Our biggest classroom, used for Adults and Juniors.
Classroom 2, Choi. Used mostly for Mighty Lions classes.
Classroom 3: The Studio. Used for Mighty Lions class overflow, and special small programs.
We have a parking lot available for everyone coming to the school
The changing rooms have showers, and we have a gender-neutral bathroom, plus individual-use changing rooms.
The waiting area has free wifi and looks out onto Kim. It has a closed circuit camera to see into Choi.
