Competition Training

Competition training is starting soon! Get ready for our competition on April 29th! All sessions are on Sundays from 10:30-12:00, and all Juniors and Adults are encouraged to attend. Come to some sessions or to all. Competition training is included with your membership. Students who have fighting gear should bring it.

Training sessions will be Sundays 10:30am - Noon:

April 2, 9 & 23

Our Facilities

Glen Ridge Taekwon-do on Glenridge Ave at Greenwood.

Classroom 1, Kim. Our biggest classroom, used for Adults and Juniors.

Classroom 2, Choi. Used mostly for Mighty Lions classes.

Classroom 3: The Studio. Used for Mighty Lions class overflow, and special small programs.

We have a parking lot available for everyone coming to the school

The changing rooms have showers, and we have a gender-neutral bathroom, plus individual-use changing rooms.

The waiting area has free wifi and looks out onto Kim. It has a closed circuit camera to see into Choi.
