Uniforms have the Glen Ridge Taekwon-do logo on the back of the uniform top. Sizes 0000 through 00 are for smaller children, size 0 is roughly the size for kids about age 10, size 3 is generally the size of a small adult woman, adult men are often size 5. If you are unsure about size please ask.

Fighting gear set
Includes: bag, chest guard (hogu), head gear, shin and instep guards, fist and forearm guards, mouth guard and mouth guard case. Sizes vary depending on item. Total $175 Fighting gear must be fitted to the wearer. Items can also be bought separately, ask at the front desk for details. Note: those competing in men's or boy's divisions will need a protective cup, sold elsewhere. Please come in and speak with us about fighting gear.
