Freezing Your Membership
We at Glen Ridge Taekwon-do have a 30-Day Notice Policy for absences if a student will be unable to attend class for more than two weeks at any time. Let us know at least 30 days in advance and we will suspend your membership for the dates you provide. If you are unable to give us 30 days advanced notice then the credit will start 30 days from when we are notified.
Those on a monthly payment plan will still be charged each month until your tuition is paid; as with paid-in-full agreements, the extra weeks accumulated will be added on at the end. Tuition credit will expire after one year.
In the case of a sickness or injury which cannot be anticipated, please let us know right away. We are concerned about your welfare and once we know we can arrange for tuition credit as appropriate.
To advise us of 30-Day Notice or Injury Time fill in the form below, or stop by the front desk for a form. We are requiring these requests to be in writing to eliminate confusion around freeze dates.
