Freezing Your Membership
We at Glen Ridge Taekwon-do have a 30-Day Notice Policy for absences if a student will be unable to attend class for more than two weeks at any time. If you are unable to give us 30 days advanced notice then the credit will start 30 days from when we are notified.
Those on a term monthly payment plan (people who have an end date after a certain number of months) will still be charged each month until your tuition is paid; as with paid-in-full agreements, the extra weeks accumulated will be added on at the end. Tuition credit will expire after one year.
Those on a month-to-month membership will have a change of payment date to reflect the freeze as long as they comply with the freeze terms (30 days advanced notice for a time away of two weeks or more).
If you are not sure if you are on a term or month-to-month plan you can contact us and ask.
In the case of a sickness or injury which cannot be anticipated, please let us know right away. We are concerned about your welfare and once we know we can arrange for tuition credit as appropriate.
