Freezing Your Membership
Let us know at least 30 days in advance and we will suspend your membership for the dates you provide. If you are unable to give us 30 days advanced notice then the credit will start 30 days from when we are notified.
- Payments will restart automatically after the freeze
- If the freeze means there will be a part of a month that isn't used before the freeze starts, credit will be added to the return date.
- The minimum freeze is two weeks
In the case of a sickness or injury which cannot be anticipated, please let us know. We are concerned about your welfare and once we know we can arrange for tuition credit as appropriate.
